We today received a letter formally notifying the payment of our claim. I can also confirm the money has been received.

Please pass on our thanks to your team. They have handled the matter professionally and diligently. Special mention must also be made of the fact that they managed the whole claim for us including liaising with the doctors and liaising with Tower on our behalf. It was really great to leave the handling of the claim in the capable hands of Azimuth and not have to do it ourselves during this difficult time.

The persistence shown to secure a positive outcome for us is much appreciated. It gives us confidence if ever we need to make a more substantial claim (but let's hope not!).
