Stephen Hogden

Stephen HogdenSteve is a graduate of the Australian Defence Force Academy. After a 10-year career as an officer in the Royal Australian Navy, in which he was employed in various roles of responsibility including the Navigating Officer of a Guided Missile Frigate and as an Instructor at the Royal Australian Naval College, Steve entered the Financial Services Industry.

Steve joined Aon Financial Planning & Protection Limited in July 2003 and established Azimuth Financial Advisers the following year.

Steve is a keen musician and supporter of the arts, particularly music and theatre and in 2007 he was appointed to the board of management of the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra Association. Steve has a rabid disinterest in all things AFL, is a manic supporter of the Western Force, a keen golfer and snow skier and likes nothing more than to travel to far off lands with his wife, Monique.

Mon and Steve are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child, who will no doubt turn their lives completely upside down, in August 2011.

Michael Partridge

Michael PartridgeMichael's initial qualification was an Advanced Diploma in Sound Design from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. He commenced his career as a sound engineer working for production companies in both Perth and London, including ABC Radio Perth where he produced both live and studio based productions.

Michael started his financial planning career in 2006, working first in administration as he acquired both his Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) and was later accredited as a financial adviser. He joined Aon Hewitt Financial Advice in May 2011 when he commenced employment with Azimuth Financial Advisers.

Michael remains passionate about sound production and music, as well as travelling and discovering new restaurants and other hot spots around Perth.

Danielle Kailis
B.Com.

Danielle KailisHaving previously lived overseas and worked in the fashion industry, Danielle returned to her home town of Perth in 2005 to start a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing.

After getting married in 2008, Danielle joined Azimuth Financial Advisers in February 2009 and was promoted to Client Services Manager the following September. She is also currently studying for her Masters of Financial Planning. Her role as CSM is to work with our advisers, managing the administration and implementation of our clients' strategies.

Danielle is currently on Maternity Leave, having given birth to her first baby, Alexa, in November 2010.

Colleen Johns

Colleen JohnsColleen recently joined the team in February 2011. Colleen comes to us with many years of administration and practice management experience having worked in the financial planning industry for over 20 years. She has worked in various roles for a number of corporate companies and smaller practices in Perth.

Colleen's role within our practice is to provide administrational assistance to advisers and to ensure a high level of customer service and efficiency is maintained.

When not working Colleen enjoys travelling, gardening, dancing, and listening to good music.
